Arriva Trains Wales is part of the Arriva group, which is owned by Deutsche Bahn. They are a leading provider of passenger transport in Europe. As one of the 26 rail companies in the UK they are committed to safety and security, quality, punctuality and cleanliness.

They have a fleet of 125 trains covering a route of over 1,009 miles, supported by 2,050 employees. They operate 955 services per day, resulting in our trains travelling 13.7 million miles each year. On average, their services handle around 65,000 passenger journeys a day, with the ability to carry over 12,000 customers at any one time. They operate 244 stations throughout England and Wales of which 53 are currently staffed.
